I love the variety of guests that I have on ScaleUp Radio. And today I was really humbled actually by my guest Poku Osei who is the CEO and founder of something called Babbasa.
We have a real mix on ScaleUp Radio of people, some who are really gunning for the numbers, really going for those financials and some version of global domination, and every now and then we come across somebody who's much more about the purpose. That’s not to say that the others aren't purpose driven, but the words from today that really shone through are kindness, compassion, and respect and I really want you to listen to this discussion with with Poku.
He's achieved some amazing things with young people. It's all about getting ordinary people together to help others who are more disadvantaged and listen out for how he describes what the name Bassaba actually means.
One thing that really struck me was his answer to the question of what advice would you give to your younger self? I think he's got a lovely and thought provoking way of answering that and it really resonated with me.
So as I say, every now and then I feel really humbled with the guests that we have on and this is definitely one of those occasions. What a great guy what a great interview. So please do take a listen to it and really try and take on board some of the things that Poku is saying.
