When we say Critical Numbers, we’re not just referring to the financial side of the business, critical numbers are used throughout the framework of your company; from accountability through to rhythms. With this presentation we’re going to explain just what Critical Numbers are; the importance of them to the scale up journey of your business, the common mistake most people make - and what the effect of ignoring them, or neglecting them, could mean.
