Al started 7 years ago, with in intension not to employ staff or have premises, and he has kept to his plan while building a 6-figure turnover. Al went through an ahah moment in his business where he changed selling ‘time for money’ which is not scalable. He now sells ‘value for money’ and is scaling his business. We cover a lot of marketing ground, including: - a business leader must be a marketing leader for a business to be successful. - The key to marketing is mastering the art of conversation. - Service is key to growth and replaces authenticity.
