Indeloy is an IT services business based in Gloucestershire. It was started only three years ago and has already grown into a team of 10 staff with more in the pipeline. What is interesting in Jamie’s story is how the pandemic created the spark to build the business with his business partner which has grown rapidly. They even had clients phoning up on day one when they announced the launch of their business. Ensuring you have weekly check-in reviewing the cash and your finances. With the leadership team, ensuring you meet every week to check in with each other is so important as you grow.
