Today I talk with Jonny Caplan who is a CEO of Tech Talk Media and Impossible Media. He's also creative entrepreneur of the year 2022 in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Jonny is a serial entrepreneur right from the age of 14, he won a Duke of Edinburgh Award for Entrepreneurship at school.
He has since founded and exited multiple businesses including raising 5 million pounds for a business when he was 21 that they later sold to 123 Reg.
Since then has gone on to greater and greater success, but it hasn't all been a bed of roses. There's definitely been some ups and downs. And we talk about a couple of those down moments and the importance of resilience.
So this is a really interesting episode. Johnny understood right from an early age the power of media, and TV in particular, in inspiring people and reaching an audience. There's a lot of lessons in this episode with Jonny and definitely well worth a listen.
