Warren Munson's incredible journey saw him grow his business from scratch to 40 people and nearly 3 million pounds in revenue over 14-15 years.
He faced initial challenges related to ego and a money-focused mindset but evolved by trusting others and building a robust leadership team, which ultimately paved the way for a successful final third of his business journey.
Warren opened up about the emotional rollercoaster he experienced during the six-month process of selling his business. He explained that his decision to sell was driven by a desire to align with an acquirer who shared similar values and could carry on the legacy of his business.
