Welcome to one of our themed episodes of ScaleUp Radio, one of our monthly ones where we focus on a particular theme. The theme this time around is credibility. And there's some great content.
Before you switch off and say, ‘I know all about credibility, and of course it's really, really important - It's all about Google reviews and testimonials’, give me a moment. Yes, that's a part of it, but there's a lot of deeper thinking within this session.
So some really great things and if you're not familiar with something called the reputation chasm, or the credibility chasm or gap, then you should be as it could be explaining some of the difficulties that you may be having.
It's a really interesting way of looking at it and we've got three great guest presentations today looking at different aspects of credibility. Really listen out for what they've got to say:
