This time I interviewed Jeff Dewing who is the co-founder and Group CEO, or in fact CIO Chief Inspiration Officer as he refers to himself, of Cloud FM and it's not a radio station. It's to do with facilities management.
This is packed full of really great lessons. So I'm not going to spoil any of the story any further. I suggest you go across and listen to him.
