This time on ScaleUp Radio, it's one of our monthly themes.
The theme this time is LifeTime Value and the ratio to Customer Acquisition Cost or in abbreviations LTV to CAC.
So if you haven't heard about it, or even if you have and you want to know a little bit more then this is a great session. We also have a presentation from Jeremy strong of Invoco Telecom, who looks at exactly how he used it within his business and he picks up some really useful points.
This is a ratio that we need to be thinking about looking at within our businesses, even if we're not necessarily calculating the ratio to the exact decimal place, but that we're thinking about what it means and how we can impact and generally look to increase that lifetime value of our customers.
