This month we are looking at using our Profit & Loss to make better business decisions.
Now, it’s understandable if you’re rolling your eyes at this point - maybe you’re not a numbers-based personality, or you think that there’s a real egg-sucking aspect to this, but we believe that if you listen to this episode, take on board the advice and learn from the challenges that other business owners talk about - you’ll put yourself and your business in much stronger position to scale up.
