We Started With Our Target Audience And The Business Grew From There

38 million people visit the UK every year and 2% of them make it to Wales. Well, that was the startling statistic that led to today's guest is starting up her business. So today I speak to Claire Copeman who is the co founder with her husband of Adventure Tours UK.

It pretty much explains what the business does from the name, it does what it says on the tin and I really loved talking to Claire, her passion really comes across and you wouldn't believe that she's a self confessed introvert. 

There's lots of great advice within this episode including around the research and the planning before setting up your business which led Claire to identify three potential key revenue streams for her travel business. And some good advice as well around what to look for in potential hires and mistakes that Claire made originally, but then worked out how to put that right.
